The danger of raising so much money - $41+ M - is that you risk being hold hostage by your investors.
- ojbyrne 14y agoThis seems backwards. If you had invested significant sweat equity and then raised $41 million then perhaps so. But in this case it's more like you took your investors hostage and live in constant fear that they will escape.
