I understand there's an increased error rate, that's how I concluded there is an attempted DOS. But it appears not to be working completely, and so a post claiming X is "down" does appear to be pre-coordinated to reflect the _intended_ rather than _actual_ effect.
- dcchambers 9mo agoLet's say this is a DOS causing the outage - if the DOS is bad enough that the service is out for enough users then that is effectively an outage, regardless of the cause. Saying this post is part of a coordinated campaign to damage the X brand is just ridiculous though - it's clear that X IS down for a large number of users.
