I too am actively fighting the Teams spellcheck and autocorrect garbage. I can't seem to turn it off permanently, every time I log in again it switches itself on again. It refuses to understand that I speak multiple languages, and that no, I do not ever want this shitty tool to change words as I'm typing. Another classical case of MS not understanding consent, I guess?

For MS, this job only switched to MS from Google less than a month ago but I could whine about new annoyances for 4-5 more paragraphs. And before using it, I thought Google is too enterprise oriented and getting in the way of getting work done. Compared to Slack. But not compared to MS.
