How does the cost of chilling, packaging, and moving 1/2 Gallon of ice cream differ from 1/2 Gallon of frozen dairy dessert?
- brewdad 9mo agoThere’s more profit in frozen dairy dessert and at least some customers can’t tell the difference or prefer it. For the rest of us, we wait for a sale or ice cream becomes a special treat.
