I assume your PVC conduit had water infiltration which corroded away the metal armor inside the cable assembly. Next time pull indoor/outdoor wet location rate

I assume your PVC conduit had water infiltration which corroded away the metal armor inside the cable assembly. Next time pull indoor/outdoor wet location rated cable with XPLE insulation, it might work better.
