I have a few drinks a week max, doesn't really bother me if I don't drink. A friend of mine revealed they have a drink with dinner (at home) every evening, sometimes more and they still go out drinking. I was pretty shocked. I think trying to break this dinner habit (if you're doing this) is a good starting point.
