- dragonwriter 10mo agoThe battery is optional, and from the ad copy not intended to power active “use” only moving between different (presumably nearby) work locations without shutting down (probably sleep.)
- Karliss 10mo agoI would guess that it also helps with accidental restarts due to power loss while repositioning the keyboard on your desk. It doesn't take much force to pull out USB-C.
