While I agree with you, this doesn’t mean that the number of murderers cannot be decreased through societal changes
- johnnyanmac 9mo agoOutside of ending qualified immunity, we pretty much have the strongest disincentives for murder out there. The only way from there I'd to have much better mental facilities to identify and treat (but not shame) aspects of sociopathy or psychopathy. But we're still very far from that reality.
