> "White solidarity" means submission to exploitation.
If you're going to hold white people to something from 200 years ago, then you truly want them to all die. Wonderful world you want to see going forward. One where those people are all dead and gone. And what a wonderful thing for the fact that white people ended slavery (and around the world except in reportedly China and Thailand).
- bigyabai 9mo agoBut apartheid isn't from 200 years ago. It's being practiced today, by white people. > then you truly want them to all die. Explain how. Holding white people accountable for slavery and apartheid is not equivalent to demanding genocide.
- almosthere 9mo agoYou refuse to stand in solidarity with a people, that's basically equivalent to wanting them gone from the planet. I can stand in solidarity to all groups of people except for the ones that are evil and want genocide. For example, I don't think that is everyone in Isreal. I also believe the same for the Palestinian people - essentially it is Hamas and those supporting them that I condemn. What apartheid is being practiced today, that's a totally insane view. Also last I saw, tons of "PoC" groups are actively holding town holiday events where white people are not allowed to join. That's effectively where things are going right now.
