What are the best tools to visualize table data? I've been testing Tableau, but it's only for Windows and I'm on a Mac. I'm looking for something which easily connects to your SQL database and allows you to produce all kinds of fancy graphs, with a easy user-interface. Tableau comes close to what I'm looking for, but my gut feeling is there should be a whole bunch of good commercial and free software in this field out there, but my googling haven't gave any good results yet. So if anyone have any good suggestions, please let me know.
