- emaro 9mo agoI guess they're going to keep using Threema. The clients are open source and implement E2E encryption. Apparently the headquarter will stay in Switzerland. And today after learning about the acquisition, I learned that Threema was already sold to Afinum five years ago, another private equity firm. If an acquisition is a problem, it already was one at least since 2020.
