You probably nailed it. I'm a backend Data Scientist, not a designer, so "un-intuitive UI" is unfortunately my signature style right now. But you are 100% right about the payment friction. You shouldn't have to swipe a card just to see if the analysis is actually good. I just pushed a fix: I opened up a 'Sandbox' mode so you can see the AI Boardroom in action without paying.
