like all emergence, qualia can't observe and deconstruct it's own computational substrate. What I'm trying to say is that this question is better put to an AI that will give you hints about ways to think avout this spanning more than 2000 years, cultures in all continents and multiple frameworks from philosophy, neurpscience, math etc
