This is a good thing, BUT we need a law requiring that all AI use by doctors has to go like this: 1) doctor writes down their own diagnosis based on the symptoms (or dictates, whatever) 2) diagnosis is saved, notarised, etc that it can't be changed afterwards 3) doctor receives AI-generated differntial diagnosis 4) now they can adjust their diagnosis, but the original still stays logged Why? Because the AI-generated response might direct the doctor's thinking subconsciously in unpredictable ways resulting in diagnosis done solely by AI in practice.
