Part of being a fallible human is recognizing when you're not sure of something.
- spongebobstoes 10mo agoWe must not ignore the complex interpersonal dynamic of the doctor's certainty vs the patient's insistence. People get better healthcare outcomes with strong self advocacy. Not everyone is good at that. A parallel exists where not everyone negotiates for a better job offer.
