What are the laws around polymarket?
I've never used it, but continue to see posts about employees making bets on privileged information and that being legal.
- lxgr 10mo agoI highly doubt that that's the case, given that taking a large and publicly visible financial position based on confidential information still amounts to disclosing information.
- jasonjmcghee 10mo agoYeah I don't understand why it would be the case. How is it any different? It's trading on privileged information.
