There are at least a half dozen other companies with working solid state batteries outside China like Rimac in Estonia (with ProLogium in Taiwan and Mitsubishi), Solid Power in Colorado (with Samsung SDI) and QuantumScape in California (with VW's PowerCo SE). Mass manufacturing them is the big issue.
