This was already the law, correct? The change here is that California now provides its own platform for submitting requests?
- repeekad 10mo agoCalifornia also requires data brokers to register with the state, creating the (intended) possibility of removing your info fully from all brokers all at once
- lazide 10mo agoOr these databrokers just won’t setup bank accounts or offices in the state and tell CA to go screw itself?
