When you ask an LLM what model it is, surely there's a high probability of it just hallucinating the name of whatever model was common in its training data?
- NoahZuniga 10mo agoDepends, I remember some llm providers including this information in the post training. though gemini-3-flash-preview and gpt-5.2 both don't know what model they are.
