This is a red herring. Rogue regimes will, by construction, seek the security offered by nuclear weapons. Hence the need, where possible, to apply diplomatic or military means to prevent exactly that.

- mattmaroon 9mo agoThat’s counter to what happened for several decades when we actually cared about preventing it. Few regimes at all sought them and several were convinced to abandon nuclear programs.
