If I were taking a test and I discovered that it was "AI" generated, I would be furious and insulted. Insulted that the person testing me couldn't be bothered to come up with a test that actually related to the topic. Furious that my time meant so little.
Further, vocabulary is about nuance. Synonyms are never exact, they bear slightly different meanings, and bring different connotations. I would not trust an "AI" to bring correct subtleties to the table.

It's meant to expand your vocabulary toolbox—you still decide which words fit your context and voice. The point is that you can use any specific subject or anything at all, and AI generates the quiz words based on that—it's on-demand at the user's request. So if you're studying medicine, law, coding, or any topic you choose, it creates vocabulary tailored to that subject. If you'd like to try it and see how it handles nuance in practice, I'd welcome your feedback. The platform is free to use, and you can create classrooms from your own word lists if you prefer not to use AI-generated content.
