- PoslavskySV 9mo agoThanks! It’s a common surprise. The Basque Country (Bizkaia) has fiscal autonomy, so the rules here are pretty different from Madrid or Barcelona. It allows us to flip the 'high tax' narrative and offer a massive net upside for expats.
