As if :(
- memoriuaysj 9mo agodo you have so little agency that you can't stop yourself from installing TikTok? what will stop you then from keeping your existing TikTok phone after buying this?
- LunicLynx 9mo agoUhhh judgey… You do you. It was ment as a glimmer of hope for society at large.
- kgwxd 9mo agoEducation is the hope we need, not yet another "innovative", centrally controlled device.
- pseidemann 9mo agoAgreed. Most people still don't see the gamification built into everyday products and apps.
- memoriuaysj 9mo agoah, sorry, you just want to control what apps other people can use
- LunicLynx 9mo agoI think you misunderstood. My point was: This would be a great device if there wasn’t a need for it to support these apps. And because of this it’s just another android phone. And it fails (will) because the screen ratio does not work for those apps. This would be awesome if it would just be that a „communicator“ meaning a device that allows to communicate. Think remarkable vs all the other e-ink android tablets.
- BoredPositron 9mo agoInnovation?
- analogpixel 9mo agore-innovation; it'll be one the first first phones in 20 years to have an actually different form factor than, "rectangular screen"
- LunicLynx 9mo agoExactly. And I would love a phone that commits to be a „communicator“, eg. optimizing the simplicity of talking, instead of a consumption device.
