That's it. You are in meditation when you're playing video games. I believe you should just find more of those same opportunities when you are not playing video games (because you can't really play video games 24x7).
- aashay 14y agoOf course. My primary meditation activity tends to be playing my guitar. I was just reminded of my explanation about gaming. To be "present" 24/7 is a very difficult achievement, but it's a great goal to keep in mind. Edit: grammar
