If a stupid user's battery is getting drained faster than they'd like, maybe someone will clue them in. Maybe not. Maybe they'll just buy a battery bank or something to keep their phone powered up longer. I really don't care, but locking out other browser engines from a platform isn't really the excuse you think it is.
