There is no definable “type of citizen” that (after deporting all the foreign-born population regardless of citizenship) that gets you anywhere near the 100 million total unless it is something like “non-White”. (If you imagine that it something like US-born children of non-citizen parents, which is what most of the discussion of revoking birthright citizenship focusses on, that doesn't get you anywhere close.)
