Some of Horizon's milks have DHA Omega-3, which purportedly "supports brain health."
- aziaziazi 10mo agoThis results is achieved by feeding the cows with fish-sourced nutriments. The same DHA increase is observed in milk sourced from human that consume a lot of see food. Can we conclude diary is a source of DHA ? I’m not sure but will stick to the ocean for my source of that nutrient, no need for an intermediary here. Ps: just skimmed the original article but didn’t read I’d. Does it mention DHA?
