+- $ 6 billion/yr, now.
and for the near future starlink will remain the only possible service for much of the earths surface.
I considered starlink, but found another solution(cell booster) for my remote(ish) internet needs but the decider was the nazi saluting asshole factor, too bad, as the guy was moving the edge for a while, and then went all in for regresive tedious whackological nonsense.
- arresin 10mo agoHe did not nazi salute. Can I ask that you please do not inject your politics and notions into an unrelated topic? I would go to Facebook if I wanted to read gen xers and boomers doing this. But I don’t because it’s boring and a real drag. Thanks.
- metalman 10mo agoYour welcome! my comments are fair and balanced, my trust was lost, it's something that we all experience, and trust is a large portion of how we all make our personal technology choices, I shared that and am living rent free in your head, which , well, is the risk of reading, untrustworthy sources, unless you can find an echo chamber, which this place, most defintly, is not. the simple fact is that trust in technology is decining across the board, in all demographics. and the guy was moving the edge, and then lost the plot now maybe, just maybe, he learns how to read the room and play to the greater audience, something we can all hope to get better at!
