Wouldn't this hold back enterprise adoption, the same way breaking changes meant that Java 8 was widely used for a long time?

- philipwhiuk 10mo agoJVM 22 stuff isn't going to be mainline at enterprise for years. Java 25 is the first LTS release that includes it and it's only just been released. Most places are just about getting rid of 8 for 17.
- lisbbb 10mo agoI know!!!!!! I've been yelling about this for years how impossible to uplift JVM versions is because of how products were built! It's so crazy. Lots of obfuscated jars went unsupported after like Java 7.
