- ggm 10mo agoThe distinction between moral and legal becomes clear. I'm surprised there's no contractual obligation for the "set for life" money to be in a trust fund. I thought (australia) national lottery had an obligation to demonstrate it could pay out. Do they have a case in law? Not generally a fan of class actions as they play out, but I'm wondering if the bluster that the settlement excludes paying them out is entirely water tight.
