- KPGv2 9mo agoI think in 2025, it is naïve to think the Supreme Court is apolitical in its rulings. =
- ninalanyon 9mo agoBut it was considerably more so in the past. What has happened now is that what the anti-federalists warned about is at last visible to everyone.
