Is it? Curl dropped the hyper components, but they appear to support rustls as a backend. That work appears to have been done by Prossimo as well, and is conceptually grouped with it on the site. (In other words: curl is using Rust, just not a specific Rust HTTP/1 backend anymore. But the site doesn’t limit its scope to just that backend.)
