Barely anyone speaks it, even those who do typically speak Russian just as good if not better.
- ponector 9mo agoMillions of Ukrainians who use the language is not "barely anyone". However that is true that many of Ukrainians are bilingual, due to decades of russian occupation and ethnic cleansing.
