This just sounds like scapegoating to disguise lack of political will in the west. Did Mearsheimer have that kind of influence among Western governments? I guess we're going to see more of such scapegoating as western politicians fail to deliver on their promises on Ukraine. Where's the multinational force that was going to defend Ukraine?
