The follow-up is "we heard you loud and clear; you don't like (thing we did that makes things worse for you), so we promise to communicate (these bad changes) better in the future." To their credit (?) NVIDIA mixed some good with the bad, bundling the hour limit with an upgrade to 1440p (Xbox Cloud Gaming also added 1440p but jacked up the price.)
