- smacktoward 14y agoThis would make more sense if being contacted by a Google recruiter was an honor limited to an Elite Few, and therefore the opinions of anyone who's experienced it would automatically be of interest. However, I've been contacted by Google recruiters twice, and I'm such a dumb-ass I'm consistently amazed I can walk around on two legs. If they've made their way down the "potential recruits" list all the way to me, it's safe to assume that they cast their net pretty wide.
- nddrylliog 14y agoAgreed. Google is really contacting anyone these days. It's probably obvious that I'm not a good fit there and I still got an e-mail. Most of my friends have, too, so I don't consider it exclusive at all. It was still a good occasion to write down a few thoughts though.
