- phantasmish 10mo agoThe way we used to enforce those laws before the mid-70s was much closer to “big companies get broken up” than it is now. The modern standard for how and when we intervene is not necessarily the correct one.
- CPLX 10mo agoThere are laws requiring the breakup of big companies. Not solely because of their size, specifically. But size is coincident with attributes that are in fact anti-competitive.
