As a 25+ year veteran programmer that's been mostly unimpressed with the quality of AI-generated code - I've still learned from it. Just read each line it generates carefully. Read the API references of unfamiliar functions or language features it uses. You'll learn things. You'll also see a lot of stupidity, overcomplication, outdated or incorrect APIs calls, etc.
