Since turning off the remaining nuclear plants, Germany has become a net importer of electricity.
- ViewTrick1002 10mo agoWhile having enough fossil capacity in standby or mothball, which they prefer not to use, to shoulder a fossil gas crisis and half the French nuclear power being offline simultaneously. Import and export figures are consequence of inflexibility, marginal price and grid mix and similar. Not availability of electricity.
