Given the First Amendment, the only thing that I can think of as banned is copyright violations.
The Pentagon Papers case says that, once revealed, classified information can be published.

- btilly 10mo agoNo. But carrying it is unlikely to be against the law either.
- drcongo 10mo agoBut if they don't carry it, it can't have been removed from the libraries, and therefore couldn't qualify for this list. Weird insight into someone's mind that they would bring up Hustler in a discussion about school libraries.
