I’m not convinced that most of the passionate denouncers are actually part of the Mozilla user base. There’s a lot of “I can’t believe Mozilla would do this, which is why I’m going to keep using [esoteric browser] instead!” I don’t understand the backlash, either. It seems like a bunch of nothing. New CEO is on the AI bandwagon? Wow. This is both shocking and offensive to my sensibilities.
