Ask HN: Best technical recruiters in SF Bay Area?

Who are the best technical recruiters in the SF Bay Area? Specifically for junior devs. Mirror Placement (http://mirrorplacement.com/) looks good, as does Lab8 Ventures (http://www.lab8ventures.com/). Any experience with these?
