Getting into a saturated business - ever a good idea?

I'm launching a site that unlocks iPhones. I don't want to link to it here so it doesn't seem like I'm pimping it. While I'm getting some SEO done, how can I differentiate myself between all the other unlocking services out there (most of which are scams)?
