It doesn't seem far out of line at all. I just checked, I'm paying just over $300/year for dealer service and inspections on my Ford Transit Connect which sells for about 1/3 of a Tesla S. I'm not getting roadside assistance (of a revision 1 vehicle), monitoring, or wiper blades. Heck, they usually neglect to reprogram the tire pressure monitor when they rotate the tires.
