If you want 100% compatibility:
sudo apt purge --autoremove --allow-remove-essential coreutils-from-uutils # reinstalls gnu coreutils
sudo update-alternatives --config sudo # can switch back to regular sudo from sudo-rs
(for Ubuntu 25.10)
