This is true for most codebases pre-LLM as well :) LLMs though may give you more code comments like

- uberman 11mo agoPossibly, but pre llm I dont recall ever doing triage on a new issue where the author of the patch had literally no idea what had been comitted. Something I can unfortunately no longer say.
