The condensed gas that we see shooting off perpendicular to the side of the rocket, in 2 locations near the top - what is that?
- whatshisface 14y agoI recall them saying it was liquid oxygen venting.
- jaggederest 14y agoSince it's a kerosene-fueled rocket motor (RP-1), there's only one kind of cryogenic tank per stage, and that's the LO2 tanks. So you're correct, that's the only possibility.
