The article isn’t focused on Tesla’s market share, it’s focused on the mix of standard and premium product offerings they’ve rolled out lately and the effect that has had on absolute unit sales (and margins). As it is they still can’t sell as many cars as they used to, which stands in contrast to Elon’s pay package. Given that, the title seems accurate to me.
