- paddleon 10mo agoI'll accept your measurement as accurate. However, unless we have a measure on how helpful self-help books actually are, we still don't know if they help or not.
- nuancebydefault 10mo agoI believe that 'help or not' is a question impossible to answer, objectively at least. My subjective answer is that psychologic help in general is effective, whether it is provided orally, via books or as recently, via automation.
