- swat535 11mo agoGenuinely asking, are there any country that doesn't have a housing crisis right now? From my understanding, it's everywhere in Western nations
- stop50 11mo agoAt least for my state in germany we have an crisis of housing in big cities. In small vilages and cities it is pretty cheap to buy a house.
- ponector 11mo agoIs housing really unaffordable in US? How many years average Joe needs to work to buy a 1bd apartment in the big city, let's say 500sq ft? Price in annual net salary is much lower in USA than in big EU cities.
